How long does it take to process an order?
Orders placed during Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same working day. Any orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the next day working day. Please allow extra time for orders placed during promotional events.
How long does delivery take?

- Standard delivery 2-3 working days. Royal Mail 48-72 hours - £2.99 or Free on orders over £50
- Next day – orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the next working day. Royal Mail 24 hours - £ 4.95
Europe
- Standard delivery between 2-7 days.
-Orders over €150.00 : Free Postage & Packing
-Orders under €150.00: €24.00
USA
- Standard delivery between 5-10 days
-Orders over $100.00 ($300.00 for Hawaii): Free Postage & Packing
-Orders under $100.00: $15.00
Rest of the world
- Standard delivery between 2-7 days. £30

Duty and VAT
The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. If goods are refused due to customs reasons a 20% return fee is applicable. VAT (value added tax) of 20% will not be charged for items delivered outside the United Kingdom where applicable. The VAT will deduct automatically before purchase.

Russia, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Ukraine, Belarus, Vietnam and Turkey due to import restriction
Germany, Israel, Portugal, Spain and Austria due to distribution agreement issue
Can I track my order?
All orders are sent by tracked delivery and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns
What is your Returns Policy?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement on unopened/unused goods returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods, excluding our supplements range. We are only able to accept returns that were purchased on Drcosset.com. The goods must be in the original package and unused.
