Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to orders that have already been placed. We would suggest placing a new order for the other items.

The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. If goods are refused due to customs reasons a 20% return fee is applicable. VAT (value added tax) of 20% will not be charged for items delivered outside the European Community where applicable. The VAT will deduct automatically before purchase.

All orders are sent by tracked delivery and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been despatched.

PRODUCT - COMPLAINT
At Dr.cosset, we endeavour to provide an excellent service to our customers. However, if something does go wrong and you wish to comment or complain about the service that you have received, we will do everything we can to resolve your issues. Please contact us detailing your name, order number and a description of the issue. You will receive a reply within seven days. We log all our comments and complaints which are reviewed on a regular basis by our senior management team
